Three new sesquiterpenes (1-3), (6R,7S,11R,10S)-15-hydroxy-sesquisabinene hydrate (1), (6R,7R,11S,10S)-15-hydroxy-sesquisabinene hydrate (2), and (6R,7R,10S)-15-hydroxy-zingiberenol (3), along with three known compounds, were isolated from the stems of Dysoxylum oliganthum; and three new isodaucane (salvionane) sesquiterpenes, namely isodauc-6-ene-10β,14-diol (4), 4-epi-isodauc-6-ene-10β,14-diol (5), and 4-epi-6α,10β-dihydroxy-artabotrol (6) together with 15 known compounds were isolated from the twigs and leaves of D. excelsum. Their structures were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis and chemical shifts. The absolute configuration of C-10 in compounds 1-3 of a rare class was determined by using Snatzke's method.
从少花地黄连茎中分离得到3个新的倍半萜(1 - 3),即(6R,7S,11R,10S)- 15 - 羟基 - 倍半水芹烯水合物(1)、(6R,7R,11S,10S)- 15 - 羟基 - 倍半水芹烯水合物(2)和(6R,7R,10S)- 15 - 羟基 - 姜黄烯醇(3),以及3个已知化合物;从大花地黄连的嫩枝和叶中分离得到3个新的异菖蒲烷(salvionane)倍半萜,即异菖蒲 - 6 - 烯 - 10β,14 - 二醇(4)、4 - 表 - 异菖蒲 - 6 - 烯 - 10β,14 - 二醇(5)和4 - 表 - 6α,10β - 二羟基 - 刺柏醇(6)以及15个已知化合物。它们的结构通过广泛的光谱分析和化学位移得以确定。利用施纳茨克方法确定了罕见类型的化合物1 - 3中C - 10的绝对构型。
