We report an original and atypical case of Meigs' syndrome with bilateral pleural blood effusion and without ascites in a woman with a rare ovarian tumour involving the stratum granulosum. Excision of the tumour rapidly resulted in the pleural effusion drying up.
我们报告了一例罕见的原发性非典型梅格斯综合征病例，该病例为一名患有累及颗粒层的罕见卵巢肿瘤的女性，伴有双侧胸腔血性积液且无腹水。肿瘤切除后胸腔积液迅速消失。
