The aim of the paper is to present a case of 82 year old man suffering from retinitis pigmentosa, who over the period of 10 years developed partial, bilateral spontaneous dislocation of IOLs within the capsular bag to the anterior chamber.
Complexes of IOLs in the capsular bags with severe capsule contraction were removed and AC IOLs were implanted in both eyes.
Vision improved significantly in both eyes.
Reported complications can be related to coexisting retinitis pigmentosa in described patient.
本文旨在介绍一例82岁患有色素性视网膜炎的男性患者，该患者在10年时间里双侧囊袋内人工晶状体部分自发脱位至前房。
将囊袋内伴有严重囊膜收缩的人工晶状体复合体取出，并在双眼植入前房型人工晶状体。
双眼视力均显著提高。
所报道的并发症可能与该患者并存的色素性视网膜炎有关。
