Abstract
The HELLP-Syndrome (H = hemolysis, EL = elevated liver enzymes, LP = low platelets) is a well known and severe form of gestosis. In this case report we analyse the positive outcome of a pregnancy after HELLP-Syndrome has happened. The obstetric management requires regular control of the complete blood count, SMAC and coagulation.
摘要
HELLP综合征（H = 溶血，EL = 肝酶升高，LP = 血小板减少）是一种众所周知的严重妊娠中毒症形式。在本病例报告中，我们分析了发生HELLP综合征后妊娠的良好结局。产科管理需要定期检查全血细胞计数、血清生化全套及凝血功能。
