The so-called HELLP-syndrome, a special form of severe preeclampsia, is characterized by (H-) hemolysis, (EL-) elevated liver enzymes and (LP-) low platelet count. The data of three HELLP-cases are shown, the development and outcome of the pathologic laboratory parameters are presented. After a several months control it was evident that after delivery the initial improvement of all laboratory findings proceeds and lasts. A special medical treatment is not necessary.
所谓的HELLP综合征是重度子痫前期的一种特殊形式,其特征为(H-)溶血、(EL-)肝酶升高和(LP-)血小板计数降低。文中展示了3例HELLP综合征病例的数据,呈现了病理实验室参数的发展及结果。经过数月的随访发现,分娩后所有实验室检查结果最初的改善得以持续。无需特殊治疗。
