Abstract

Inclusion of thyroidin in the complex therapy of patients with viral hepatitis A and concomitant thyroid pathology accompanied by hypofunction of the thyroid gland produced a positive clinical effect, effected favourably the functional activity of the liver, the immunological and hormonal status. Thyroidin is recommended for wider use in this category of patients.

在甲型病毒性肝炎合并伴有甲状腺功能减退的甲状腺疾病患者的综合治疗中加入甲状腺素产生了积极的临床效果，对肝脏的功能活动、免疫和激素状态产生了有利影响。建议在这类患者中更广泛地使用甲状腺素。
