Three rare cases of upper eyelid trauma are presented. In high-speed traffic accidents, the upper eyelids were penetrated by glass, avulsed, and then, together with pieces of glass, pushed over the globe and buried deeply in the retrobulbar area. The invaginated eyelids were pulled out gently, the conjunctiva still attached to the globes. They were repaired primarily. In these patients eyelid function and cosmesis were preserved.
本文报告了3例罕见的上睑外伤病例。在高速交通事故中，上睑被玻璃穿透、撕脱，然后与玻璃碎片一起被推至眼球上方并深埋于球后区域。将内陷的眼睑轻轻拉出，结膜仍与眼球相连。对其进行了一期修复。这些患者的眼睑功能和外观均得以保留。
