In vitro determination of protein digestibility by treating feedstuffs with pepsin-HCl respectively with pepsin and trypsin yields results that differ considerably from the ileal protein digestibility figures. Comparable results for N and lysine are received when the largest polypeptides in the solution obtained after peptic and tryptic treatment are precipitated with copper hydroxide.
通过分别用胃蛋白酶 - 盐酸、胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶处理饲料来体外测定蛋白质消化率,所得结果与回肠蛋白质消化率数据有很大差异。当用氢氧化铜沉淀经胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶处理后得到的溶液中的最大多肽时,可得到氮和赖氨酸的类似结果。
