The incubation of rat lung slices with paraquat ion (10(-4) M) had no effect on cAMP and cGMP levels of the rat lung slices. The preincubation with the same concentration of paraquat inhibited the cAMP elevating effect of histamine (10(-5) M) and isoproterenol (10(-5) M) and reduced the cGMP level to approximately 50% of the level obtained without preincubation with paraquat.
用百草枯离子（10⁻⁴M）孵育大鼠肺切片对其cAMP和cGMP水平没有影响。用相同浓度的百草枯预孵育可抑制组胺（10⁻⁵M）和异丙肾上腺素（10⁻⁵M）引起的cAMP升高作用，并使cGMP水平降低至未用百草枯预孵育时所获水平的约50%。
