Epithelioid hemangioma-a rare scrotal tumor of childhood.

Epithelioid hemangioma is an uncommon vascular lesion typically involving the skin of the head and neck. Genital involvement has rarely been reported. The presented case represents only the third published occurrence of scrotal involvement, the second in a pediatric patient, and exhibited the unusual presentation as a scrotal wall mass rather than a visible skin lesion.
