The article deals with findings of the study of HLA-genotype influence on tuberculosis susceptibility in 26 families with tuberculosis patients. It was found that sensitivity to tuberculosis in the examined families is associated with HLA-DR2 antigen. Segregation analyses conducted in the families of patients with tuberculosis revealed a correlation between the sensitivity to tuberculosis and inheritance of certain HLA haplotypes from the affected parents to their children with tuberculosis.
本文探讨了对26个有结核病患者家庭中HLA基因型对结核病易感性影响的研究结果。研究发现，被调查家庭对结核病的易感性与HLA - DR2抗原相关。在结核病患者家庭中进行的分离分析显示，对结核病的易感性与某些HLA单倍型从患病父母遗传给患结核病的子女之间存在关联。
