Abstract

A new resveratrol trimer derivative, named as gnetubrunol A (1), together with five known stilbene derivatives, shegansu B (2), resveratrol (3), isorhapontigenin (4), gnetifolin E (5), and isorhapontigenin-11-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (6) were isolated from the lianas of Gnetum brunonianum Griff. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis (UV, IR, MS, (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, and 2D NMR). The anti-inflammatory activities of 1, 5, and 6 have also been assayed.

从滇南买麻藤的藤本植物中分离出一种新的白藜芦醇三聚体衍生物,命名为买麻藤醇A(1),以及五种已知的芪类衍生物,即射干素B(2)、白藜芦醇(3)、异欧前胡素(4)、买麻藤苷E(5)和异欧前胡素-11-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)。通过光谱分析(紫外、红外、质谱、¹H NMR、¹³C NMR和二维NMR)阐明了它们的结构。还测定了化合物1、5和6的抗炎活性。
