To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Kadsura marmorata.
The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column and HPLC.
9 compounds were isolated and identified as 4,5-dihydroxy-3-methoxybiphenyl (I), eriobofuran (II), 3beta, 16beta-dihydroxy urs-2-ene (III), 2alpha, 3beta, 6beta, 23-tetrahydroxy urs-12,18-dien-28-oic acid (IV), 2alpha,3beta,23-trihydroxy urs-12-en-28-oic acid (V), rutin (VI), 2-ethylhexanoic acid (VII), 2-monolaurin (VIII), glyceryl monoricinoleate (IX) on the basis of NMR and EI-MS spectroscopic analysis.
All these compounds are isolated from this genus for the first time.

分离得到9个化合物,通过核磁共振波谱和电子轰击质谱分析鉴定为4,5 - 二羟基 - 3 - 甲氧基联苯(I)、毛钩藤呋喃(II)、3β,16β - 二羟基乌苏 - 2 - 烯(III)、2α,3β,6β,23 - 四羟基乌苏 - 12,18 - 二烯 - 28 - 酸(IV)、2α,3β,23 - 三羟基乌苏 - 12 - 烯 - 28 - 酸(V)、芦丁(VI)、2 - 乙基己酸(VII)、甘油一月桂酸酯(VIII)、甘油单蓖麻醇酸酯(IX)。
所有这些化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
