Abstract
Intraperitoneal administration of PGF 2 alpha in rats significantly increased testicular acid phosphatase (p less than 0.05), decreased hyaluronidase (p less than 0.05), whereas the activities of 5'-nucleotidase, N-acetyl-B-glucosaminidase, B-galactosidase and uridine diphosphatase remained unaffected.

给大鼠腹腔注射前列腺素F2α可显著提高睾丸酸性磷酸酶活性（p<0.05），降低透明质酸酶活性（p<0.05），而5'-核苷酸酶、N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶、β-半乳糖苷酶和尿苷二磷酸酶的活性则不受影响。
