This article has been retracted at the request of the ASRM Publications Committee and the Editor in Chief. The Committee reviewed concerns related to the validity of data reported in this article. After finding numerous errors in the data in Tables 1 and 2, it asked the corresponding author for original data and other evidence pertaining to the underlying study, but no evidence was provided. The author's former institution also declined to investigate. The Committee and the Editor in Chief concluded that they could not vouch for the validity of the data and have determined to retract the article.
