Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study the chemical constituents in the fruits of Schisandra sphenanthera.

METHOD

The constituents were isolated by their silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 gel column, and their structures were elucidated by their chemical properties and spectroscopic analyses.

RESULT

Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as (+)-anwulignan (1), deoxyschizandrin (2), interiotherin A (3), schisantherin A (4), beta-sitosterol (5), schisantherin D (6), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (7), 6-O-benzoylgomisin O (8), schizandronic acid (9), schisanlactone D (10), schisanlactone B (11), kadsulactone A (12).

CONCLUSION

Compounds 3, 7, 10-12 were obtained from this plant for the first time.

目的

研究华中五味子果实中的化学成分。

方法

通过硅胶柱、葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20柱对成分进行分离，并通过化学性质和光谱分析阐明其结构。

结果

分离鉴定出12种化合物，分别为（+）-安五脂素（1）、脱氧五味子素（2）、内南五味子素A（3）、华中五味子素A（4）、β-谷甾醇（5）、华中五味子素D（6）、4 - 羟基苯甲醛（7）、6 - O - 苯甲酰戈米辛O（8）、五味子酸（9）、南五味子内酯D（10）、南五味子内酯B（11）、卡苏内酯A（12）。
