Abstract
Scleroma is a disease of unwashed and occurs in people living in poor unhygienic conditions. Commonly it involves respiratory tract. We encountered a case of scleroma over cheek presenting as a solitary nodule without any sign of nasal scleroma.

硬结病是一种发生于不注意卫生者的疾病，多见于生活在卫生条件差的环境中的人群。该病通常累及呼吸道。我们遇到一例发生于面颊部的硬结病，表现为单个结节，无鼻硬结病的任何迹象。
