Abstract
Coins, playing toys etc. are the commonest foreign bodies of food and air passages in children, but such an unusual and large size foreign body in nasopharynx is not very common. Due to structure of the bangle there was no alarming symptoms.

硬币、玩具等是儿童食物和气道中最常见的异物，但如此不寻常且尺寸较大的鼻咽部异物并不常见。由于手镯的结构，没有出现警示症状。
