Terms and definitions for drug safety management have changed and are not used uniformly. Due to the different use of definitions many studies cannot be compared directly. After the amendment of the EU Directive on pharmacovigilance in 2012 a proposal for using these terms und definitions now exists. However, some definitions and terms are imprecise. Furthermore, the authors make suggestions regarding a more detailed version of the terms in pharmacovigilance in order to have a better differentiation for types of medication errors.
药品安全管理的术语和定义已经发生了变化，且未得到统一使用。由于定义的使用方式不同，许多研究无法直接进行比较。2012年欧盟药物警戒指令修订后，现在有了关于使用这些术语和定义的提案。然而，一些定义和术语并不精确。此外，作者们就药物警戒术语的更详细版本提出了建议，以便更好地区分用药错误的类型。
