OBJECTIVES
To set out good practice guidelines for locoregional extension assessment of squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (excluding nasopharynx, nasal cavities and sinuses).
MATERIALS AND METHODS
A critical multidisciplinary review of the literature on locoregional extension assessment of squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck was conducted, applying levels of evidence in line with the French health authority's (HAS) literature analysis guide of January 2000.
CONCLUSION
Based on the levels of evidence of the selected articles and on work-group consensus, graded guidelines are set out for clinical, endoscopic and imaging locoregional extension assessment of head and neck cancer.

制定头颈部鳞状细胞癌（不包括鼻咽癌、鼻腔和鼻窦）局部区域扩展评估的良好实践指南。
材料和方法
对头颈部鳞状细胞癌局部区域扩展评估的文献进行了批判性的多学科回顾，应用了与 2000 年 1 月法国卫生当局（HAS）文献分析指南一致的证据水平。
结论
根据选定文章的证据水平和工作组的共识，为头颈部癌症的临床、内镜和影像学局部区域扩展评估制定了分级指南。
