Abstract

A new pyridine-pyrazole N-N ligand has been conveniently synthesized and characterized by ¹H-, ¹³C-NMR, IR spectroscopies, HRMS and X-ray single-crystal crystallography analyses. The ligand adds to palladium(II) under basic conditions to give high yields of an air-stable and water-soluble complex that was fully characterized by NMR and HRMS. The complex was investigated as a catalyst for the Suzuki reaction in aqueous media under microwave irradiation. The compound proved to be an effective catalyst.

一种新型的吡啶-吡唑 N-N 配体已经通过 ¹H-NMR、¹³C-NMR、IR 光谱、高分辨质谱和 X 射线单晶衍射分析得到了方便的合成和表征。在碱性条件下,该配体与钯 (II) 加成,得到高产率的、空气稳定的、水溶性的配合物,其通过 NMR 和高分辨质谱得到了充分的表征。该配合物被用作在微波辐射下的水相铃木反应中的催化剂进行了研究。该化合物被证明是一种有效的催化剂。
