Systemic blood pressure and medications for different general diseases were retrospectively examined in 30 low-tension glaucoma patients. Thirty patients with POAG were used as controls. LTG was divided into a progressive and non-progressive form on basis of the course of the disease. Systemic blood pressure was higher in POAG and the progressive form of LTG than in the non-progressive LTG. There was twice as much antihypertensive medication in LTG than POAG patients.
对30例低眼压性青光眼患者的全身血压及不同常见疾病的用药情况进行了回顾性研究。选取30例原发性开角型青光眼患者作为对照。根据病程将低眼压性青光眼分为进行性和非进行性两种类型。原发性开角型青光眼和进行性低眼压性青光眼患者的全身血压高于非进行性低眼压性青光眼患者。低眼压性青光眼患者的抗高血压药物使用量是原发性开角型青光眼患者的两倍。
