The KIDSCREEN questionnaire is an instrument to measure health-related quality of life (HRQoL). It allows to differentiate health levels or to assess the efficacy of interventions. The objective was to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Argentine version of the questionnaire in the population aged 8-18 years-old in the city of Bahía Blanca.
Cross sectional study conducted in public and private schools in 2008 using a district-stratified sampling. The questionnaire was self-administered and included the KIDSCREEN questionnaire (52 items) and questions about age, gender and family socioeconomic level (SEL). Reliability was analyzed using standard psychometric analysis techniques and the item response theory. The analysis of the factorial structure was performed using a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and that of the construct validity was conducted comparing dimension mean scores by age, gender and SEL.
Most dimensions had a Cronbach's alpha of >0.7 and 80% of items, and sufficient infit or outfit values (<0.8). The CFA showed an adequate data adjustment to the ten-dimension structure. The mean values of the dimensions confirmed lower scores in adolescents than in children, and lower scores in females than in males, as expected in several of the HRQoL dimensions.
The reliability and validity of the Argentinean version of the KIDSCREEN-52 questionnaire were acceptable; therefore its use can be recommended for the 8-18 year-old Argentinean population.
儿童生活质量问卷（KIDSCREEN questionnaire）是一种用于测量健康相关生活质量（HRQoL）的工具。它能够区分健康水平或评估干预措施的效果。目的是评估该问卷阿根廷版本在布兰卡港8至18岁人群中的信度和效度。
2008年在公立和私立学校开展横断面研究，采用地区分层抽样。问卷为自填式，包括儿童生活质量问卷（52个条目）以及关于年龄、性别和家庭社会经济水平（SEL）的问题。使用标准心理测量分析技术和项目反应理论分析信度。采用验证性因子分析（CFA）进行因子结构分析，并通过比较不同年龄、性别和社会经济水平的维度平均分来进行结构效度分析。
多数维度的Cronbach's alpha系数>0.7，80%的条目具有足够的拟合优度或不拟合值（<0.8）。验证性因子分析表明数据对十维度结构有足够的拟合度。维度均值证实，正如在一些健康相关生活质量维度中所预期的那样，青少年的得分低于儿童，女性的得分低于男性。
儿童生活质量问卷（KIDSCREEN-52）阿根廷版本的信度和效度是可接受的；因此，推荐在8至18岁的阿根廷人群中使用该问卷。
