A study on pathogen antigen and serodiagnosis of Malleus and Mlioidosis was made with McAbs which are against Ps. mallei or Ps. pseudomallei. The results showed that (1) Ps. mallei and Ps. pseudomallei express different surface antigen types respectively, and there are antigen overlapping in some degree between them; (2) Epitope 2D4 is common to Ps. mallei and Ps. pseudomallei; (3) The antibody which is similar to McAbs 4D4 or 1A9 might be a common serum antibody of Malleus and Melioidosis; and (4) McAb 3A1 is a high specific one which reacts with Ps. pseudomallei only, and with it, it is possible to resolve the immunological problem of distinguishing diagnosis between Malleus and Melioidosis.
利用抗鼻疽杆菌或类鼻疽杆菌的单克隆抗体对鼻疽和类鼻疽的病原体抗原及血清学诊断进行了研究。结果表明:(1)鼻疽杆菌和类鼻疽杆菌分别表达不同类型的表面抗原,且二者之间存在一定程度的抗原交叉;(2)表位2D4是鼻疽杆菌和类鼻疽杆菌共有的;(3)与单克隆抗体4D4或1A9相似的抗体可能是鼻疽和类鼻疽的共同血清抗体;(4)单克隆抗体3A1具有高度特异性,仅与类鼻疽杆菌反应,利用它有可能解决鼻疽和类鼻疽鉴别诊断的免疫学问题。
