Castleman disease is an uncommon disorder characterized by the proliferation of lymphoid tissue. We present a case of Castleman disease in the porta hepatis, showing hypervascularity on enhanced CT and MRI as well as increased FDG uptake on FDG PET/CT. These image features were similar to exophytic hepatocelluar carcinoma. This case suggests that Castleman disease should be considered as a rare differential diagnosis in patients with a perihepatic hypervascular and hypermetabolic mass.
血管滤泡性淋巴结增生症是一种罕见的疾病，其特征是淋巴组织的增生。我们报告了一例发生在肝门部的血管滤泡性淋巴结增生症，增强 CT 和 MRI 显示其富血管性，18F-FDG PET/CT 显示摄取增加。这些影像学特征与肝外生性肝细胞癌相似。本病例提示，对于肝周富血管性和高代谢性肿块的患者，血管滤泡性淋巴结增生症应作为一种罕见的鉴别诊断。
