The uptake of exogeneous 14C-roquefortine by Penicillium farinosum cells and its metabolism was followed. Growth and roquefortine biosynthesis of three Penicillium species during a cultivation period of 14 d were investigated. Furthermore, the effect of cultivation conditions viz. various culture media on roquefortine uptake and biosynthesis as well as biomass production were studied. Some general problems of physiology and metabolic regulation of alkaloid formation in Penicillium species were discussed.
研究了粉状青霉细胞对外源14C-棒曲霉素的摄取及其代谢情况。对三种青霉在14天培养期内的生长及棒曲霉素生物合成进行了研究。此外,还研究了培养条件,即各种培养基对棒曲霉素摄取、生物合成以及生物量产生的影响。讨论了青霉属生物碱形成过程中的一些生理学和代谢调节的一般问题。
