To study the effect of phage lysin on the growth of lysogens.
Sputum specimens processed by modified Petroff's method were respectively treated with phagebiotics in combination with lysin and lysin alone. The specimens were incubated at 37 °C for 4 days. At the end of day 1, 2, 3 and day 4, the specimens were streaked on blood agar plates and incubated at 37 °C for 18-24 hours. The growth of normal flora observed after day 1 was considered as lysogens.
Sputum specimens treated with phagebiotics-lysin showed the growth of lysogens. When specimens treated with lysin alone, lysogen formation was avoided and normal flora was controlled.
Lysin may have no effect on the growth of lysogens.
研究噬菌体溶素对溶原菌生长的影响。
采用改良的佩特罗夫法处理痰液标本,分别用噬菌体生物制剂联合溶素及单独使用溶素进行处理。将标本在37℃孵育4天。在第1、2、3和4天结束时,将标本划线接种于血琼脂平板上,并在37℃孵育18 - 24小时。第1天后观察到的正常菌群生长被视为溶原菌。
用噬菌体生物制剂 - 溶素处理的痰液标本出现了溶原菌生长。当仅用溶素处理标本时,可避免溶原菌形成并控制正常菌群。
溶素可能对溶原菌的生长没有影响。
