The authors describe a rare case in a 40-year old patient of a pancreatic-pleural-pulmonary fistula. The patient had been treated six years previously on account of very painful relapsing chronic pancreatitis. After establishment of the diagnosis, confirmed by ERCP, the condition was successfully resolved by laterolateral derivation.
