To detect the pain threshold of acupoints on the leg in healthy volunteers so as to analyze the sensory specificity of different acupoints.
A total of 66 healthy volunteers (34 male and 30 female) aged from 19 to 64 years were recruited in the present study. Pain thresholds of acupoints on the lower leg were detected by using an Electronic Von Frey Anesthesiometer after constructing an anthropometric diagram about the cutaneous division of the lower leg.
In healthy subjects, the pain threshold is generally higher in the non-acupoint region and also shows a sparse lower sensory threshold in some acupoints as Neiting (ST 44), Zhubin (KI 9), etc. The specificity of acupoints needs being studied further.
检测健康志愿者下肢穴位的痛阈,以分析不同穴位的感觉特异性。
本研究共招募66名年龄在19至64岁之间的健康志愿者(男性34名,女性30名)。在绘制小腿皮肤分区人体测量图后,使用电子von Frey麻醉计检测小腿穴位的痛阈。
1)在膀胱经从足跟至腘窝的束骨(BL 65)、京骨(BL 64)、昆仑(BL 60)、承山(BL 57)穴位以及非穴位(BL 60旁开1寸)区域中,这些穴位区域之间的痛阈无显著差异(P>0.05),而非穴位的痛阈与这些穴位区域相比显著更高(P<0.05)。2)在足三里(ST 36)水平,阳陵泉(GB 34)、足三里(ST 36)和阴陵泉(SP 9)区域之间的痛阈无显著差异(P>0.05),且非穴位(ST36旁开1寸)的痛阈明显高于GB34、ST36和SP 9区域(P<0.05)。3)在条口(ST39)水平,条口(ST39)、外丘(GB 36)、阳交(GB35)、飞扬(BL58)和漏谷(SP7)区域之间的痛阈无显著差异(P>0.05),但非穴位(ST39旁开1寸)的阈值高于上述5个穴位(P<0.05)。4)在分布于远端指间区域的5个荥穴大都(SP2)、行间(LR2)、内庭(ST44)和侠溪(GB 43)中,内庭(ST 44)区域的痛阈最低,侠溪(GB 43)区域的痛阈最高(P<0.05)。5)在小腿上的水泉(KI 5)、太溪(KI 3)、筑宾(KI 9)和漏谷(SP7)穴位中,筑宾(KI 9)区域的痛阈最低,漏谷(SP 7)区域的痛阈最高(P<0.05)。
在健康受试者中,非穴位区域的痛阈通常较高,并且在一些穴位如内庭(ST 44)、筑宾(KI 9)等也表现出较低的感觉阈值。穴位的特异性有待进一步研究。
