For evaluation lipid peroxidation and antioxidant status of red blood cells, 150 patients with locally advanced renal cell carcinoma were examined. The content of conjugated dienes, MDA, and reduced glutathione and activities of SOD, catalase, and glutathione metabolism enzymes were determined. It was found that the balance between pro- and anti-oxidants in patients with kidney cancer differed significantly from that of healthy people and little changed during the observation.
为评估红细胞的脂质过氧化和抗氧化状态，对150例局部晚期肾细胞癌患者进行了检查。测定了共轭二烯、丙二醛、还原型谷胱甘肽的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽代谢酶的活性。结果发现，肾癌患者体内抗氧化剂和促氧化剂之间的平衡与健康人有显著差异，且在观察期间变化不大。
