A quantitative biochemical method of defining cation proteins (CP) in neutrophils was developed. An examination of 87 subjects (including 30 healthy persons) showed that neutrophil CP levels in patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis depends on the extension and phase of the ongoing process, inflammatory reaction acuity, bacteria excretion and lung tissue decay. The studies of CP in neutrophils may be a great help for defining a nonspecific reactivity of the body.
已开发出一种定量生化方法来测定中性粒细胞中的阳离子蛋白（CP）。对87名受试者（包括30名健康人）的检查表明，浸润性肺结核患者中性粒细胞CP水平取决于疾病进展的范围和阶段、炎症反应的严重程度、细菌排泄情况以及肺组织的破坏程度。对中性粒细胞中CP的研究可能有助于确定机体的非特异性反应性。
