[The value of quantitative analysis of neutrophil cation proteins in patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis].

A quantitative biochemical method of defining cation proteins (CP) in neutrophils was developed. An examination of 87 subjects (including 30 healthy persons) showed that neutrophil CP levels in patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis depends on the extension and phase of the ongoing process, inflammatory reaction acuity, bacteria excretion and lung tissue decay. The studies of CP in neutrophils may be a great help for defining a nonspecific reactivity of the body.
