[Liaison psychiatric aspects in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry].

'Liaison'-psychiatric services are defined by a continuous collaboration of the child and adolescent psychiatrist in a non-psychiatric team (e.g. in educational, social welfare or medical/nursing teams). As prerequisites clear arrangements, mutual acknowledgement of skills and autonomy, a common professional language and a long-lasting engagement of the same persons are absolutely necessary. Amongst other services to be rendered, the recognition and working through of mechanism like the 'projective identification' and the 'false self', be it with single members or with the whole of the therapeutic team, are emphasized and exemplified with case histories.
