By electron microscopy, globular structures of varying size and moderate electron density were revealed in cells of peripheral blood, bone marrow and lymph nodes in patients with differentiated (lymphocytic) lymphosarcoma at the stage of leukemization, which were located in both cytoplasm of lymphoid cells and intercellular spaces. Plasmocyte-like cells with bizarre outlines of rough endoplasmatic reticulum were also observed in patients with leukemized lymphosarcoma. The above globular structures are not observed in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
通过电子显微镜观察发现，处于白血病化阶段的分化型（淋巴细胞性）淋巴肉瘤患者的外周血、骨髓和淋巴结细胞中存在大小各异、电子密度中等的球状结构，这些结构位于淋巴细胞的细胞质和细胞间隙中。在白血病化的淋巴肉瘤患者中还观察到了内质网轮廓怪异的浆细胞样细胞。慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者未观察到上述球状结构。
