Abstract
Under study was the ultrastructure of blood and bone marrow cells in patients with acute myeloblastic and lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic myeloleucosis and chronic lymphoid leukemia as well as lymphocytic and lymphoblastic lymphosarcoma in the stage of leukemization. The possibility of using the ultrastructural signs in the differential diagnosis is discussed.

对急性髓细胞性和淋巴细胞性白血病、慢性粒细胞白血病和慢性淋巴细胞白血病患者以及处于白血病化阶段的淋巴细胞性和淋巴母细胞性淋巴肉瘤患者的血液和骨髓细胞超微结构进行了研究。讨论了利用超微结构特征进行鉴别诊断的可能性。
