The manipulating methods among the traditional needling manipulation other than lifting-thrusting and twirling are analyzed, their manipulations and curative effect are explored in combination with acupotomy. It is believed that there's a certain kind of prizing manipulation, which plays an important part in elasatolysis, circulation of qi promotion and arrival of qi stimulation. The elastic and flexible characteristic of modern acupuncture needle has made it difficult to play the role of prizing puncture. On the contrary, the high stiffness and inflexible needle like acupotomy and leverage needle can effectively complete the prizing puncture.
分析了提插捻转之外的传统针刺手法中的操作方法，结合针刀探讨其操作及疗效。认为存在一种撬拨手法，在松解粘连、行气导气方面发挥重要作用。现代针灸针弹性大、柔韧性强的特点使其难以发挥撬拨针刺的作用。相反，针刀、杠杆针等刚度大、针体硬的针具能有效完成撬拨针刺。
