Radiation enteritis is a rare complication of abdominopelvic radiotherapy at the present time. Chronic radiation enteritis with complications, e.g. stricture, perforation and fistula formation, causes significant morbidity and mortality. We present our experience with 4 cases of small bowel radiation injury manifested by intestinal obstruction or perforation. Wide resection of the lesion bowel with non-irradiated bowel for anastomosis will resolve the poor healing capacity of the irradiated bowel and obtain a satisfying results.
目前，放射性肠炎是腹部盆腔放疗罕见的并发症。伴有诸如狭窄、穿孔及瘘管形成等并发症的慢性放射性肠炎，会导致显著的发病率和死亡率。我们介绍了4例表现为肠梗阻或穿孔的小肠放射性损伤的治疗经验。广泛切除病变肠段并与未受照射的肠段进行吻合，可解决受照射肠段愈合能力差的问题，并取得满意效果。
