Abstract
The article contains results of medical examination of 249 workers who were in permanent contact with epoxidized oils and their polymerization products. Disorders have been found in the immune system directed to the secondary immune insufficiency type (relative hyposuppression), mostly at the expense of midmolecular complexes, and the epoxidized compounds sensibilization growth.
