The level of HCl secretion in humans correlates with the formation of granules and the organoid functional morphology in the gastrin-producing cells (GPC) of antral region of the stomach mucous membrane: HCl hypersecretion is followed by the enhancement of GPC activity, hyposecretion correlates with the inhibition of their activity. The juxtaposition of the GPC functional morphology indexes of the stomach juice acidity and blood gastrin concentration implies the necessity to reevaluate the significance of the latter as an adequate index of the GPC function.
人类胃黏膜胃窦部胃泌素产生细胞(GPC)中盐酸分泌水平与颗粒形成及类器官功能形态相关:盐酸分泌过多会伴随GPC活性增强,分泌过少则与GPC活性受抑制相关。胃液酸度与血液胃泌素浓度的GPC功能形态指标并列,意味着有必要重新评估后者作为GPC功能适当指标的意义。
