Uveitis is multiple disease entities with complicated causes and various manifestations. To better understand and compare the severity and improve multi centers clinical research, standardized nomenclature and grade is needed. Based on the result of Standardization of Uveitis Nomenclature working group, this paper briefly introduce the classification, onset and course, inflammation grading, diagnosis standard for complications.
葡萄膜炎是一类病因复杂、表现多样的疾病实体。为了更好地理解和比较病情严重程度并改进多中心临床研究，需要标准化的命名法和分级标准。基于葡萄膜炎命名标准化工作组的结果，本文简要介绍了葡萄膜炎的分类、发病及病程、炎症分级、并发症诊断标准。
