Abstract
Morphological study was performed in enucleated eyes with chronic uveitis and phthisis bulbi in patients after vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade. Silicone oil as a foreign substance was showed to aggravate chronic inflammation that results in intraocular sclerotic processes.

对接受玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术的患者中患有慢性葡萄膜炎和眼球痨的摘除眼球进行了形态学研究。结果显示，硅油作为一种异物会加重慢性炎症，进而导致眼内硬化过程。
