Abstract

In the molecules of both methyl (1RS,3SR,3aRS,6aSR)-1-methyl-3-(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-4,6-dioxo-5-phenyloctahydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1-carboxylate, C₂₅H₂₄N₄O₄, (I), and methyl (1RS,3SR,3aRS,6aSR)-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-methyl-3-(3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-4,6-dioxooctahydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1-carboxylate, C₂₅H₂₃ClN₄O₄, (II), the two rings of the pyrrolopyrrole fragment are both nonplanar, with conformations close to half-chair forms. The overall conformations of the molecules of (I) and (II) are very similar, apart from the orientation of the ester function. The molecules of (I) are linked into sheets by a combination of an N-H∙∙∙π(pyrrole) hydrogen bond and three independent C-H∙∙∙O hydrogen bonds. The molecules of (II) are also linked into sheets, which are generated by a combination of an N-H∙∙∙N hydrogen bond and two independent C-H∙∙∙O hydrogen bonds, weakly augmented by a C-H∙∙∙π(arene) hydrogen bond.

在(1RS,3SR,3aRS,6aSR)-1-甲基-3-(3-甲基-1-苯基-1H-吡唑-4-基)-4,6-二氧代-5-苯基八氢吡咯并[3,4-c]吡咯-1-羧酸甲酯(C₂₅H₂₄N₄O₄,(I))和(1RS,3SR,3aRS,6aSR)-5-(4-氯苯基)-1-甲基-3-(3-甲基-1-苯基-1H-吡唑-4-基)-4,6-二氧代八氢吡咯并[3,4-c]吡咯-1-羧酸甲酯(C₂₅H₂₃ClN₄O₄,(II))的分子中,吡咯并吡咯片段的两个环均非平面,构象接近半椅式。除酯官能团的取向外,(I)和(II)分子的整体构象非常相似。(I)分子通过N-H∙∙∙π(吡咯)氢键和三个独立的C-H∙∙∙O氢键的组合连接成片。(II)分子也连接成片,该片由N-H∙∙∙N氢键和两个独立的C-H∙∙∙O氢键的组合产生,并通过C-H∙∙∙π(芳烃)氢键微弱增强。
