The results of using isovolemic hemodilution in the treatment of 71 cases with acute cerebral infarction showed that the overall effective rate increased by 58.3% and the total number of cases with no effect and with worsening decreased by 89.4% while in 43 comparable cases treated by the conventional methods the overall response was much less satisfactory. Some indices of blood rheology and microcirculation during hemodilution improved obviously. The indications for and the precautions needed in using the hemodilution were discussed.
对71例急性脑梗死患者采用等容血液稀释疗法的结果表明，总有效率提高了58.3%，无效及病情恶化的病例总数减少了89.4%；而43例采用传统方法治疗的对照病例，总体疗效远不如前者。血液稀释过程中的一些血液流变学和微循环指标明显改善。文中还讨论了血液稀释疗法的适应证及所需注意事项。
