OBJECTIVE
to adapt and validate the Patient Expectations and Satisfaction with Prenatal Care instrument for use in Brazil. It contains 41 items divided into two dimensions: expectations and satisfaction. The adapted version was submitted to analysis for stability, convergent construct validity, and internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha) for distinct groups and dimensions.
METHOD
119 pregnant women receiving prenatal care were interviewed and 26 of these women answered the instrument twice (retest). Internal consistency was appropriate (Cronbach's alpha ≥ 0.70); test-retest presented strong correlation (r=0.82; p<0.001) for the domain expectations and moderate correlation (r=0.66; p<0.001) for the satisfaction domain. The analysis confirmed that the instrument's adapted version is valid in the studied group.
RESULTS
there is strong evidence for the validity and reliability of the instrument's adaptation.
CONCLUSION
the instrument needs to be tested in groups of pregnant women with different social characteristics.
目的
对用于巴西的《产前护理患者期望与满意度量表》进行改编和验证。该量表包含41个条目，分为两个维度：期望和满意度。改编后的版本针对不同群体和维度进行了稳定性、收敛性结构效度及内部一致性（克朗巴哈系数）分析。
方法
对119名接受产前护理的孕妇进行访谈，其中26名孕妇对该量表进行了两次作答（重测）。内部一致性良好（克朗巴哈系数≥0.70）；期望维度的重测相关性较强（r = 0.82；p < 0.001），满意度维度的重测相关性中等（r = 0.66；p < 0.001）。分析证实改编后的量表在研究组中有效。
结果
有充分证据表明该量表改编后的效度和信度良好。
结论
该量表需要在具有不同社会特征的孕妇群体中进行测试。
