Abstract

A pyridine based imine-linked chemosensor has been synthesized and evaluated its binding affinity with library of transition metal ions. It has prominent selectivity towards Pb among other metal ions in DMF/HO (9:1, v/v) solvent system. The 1:1 stoichiometric was confirmed by job's plot and has a binding constant (K) = 5.142 × 10 M on fluorescence. A B3LYP/6-31G and B3LYP/LanL2DZ basis sets were employed for optimization of 3 and 3.Pb.

合成了一种基于吡啶的亚胺连接化学传感器,并评估了其与过渡金属离子库的结合亲和力。在DMF/H₂O(9:1,v/v)溶剂体系中,它对Pb在其他金属离子中具有显著的选择性。通过Job曲线确定了1:1的化学计量比,荧光法测得其结合常数(K)=5.142×10⁵ M。采用B3LYP/6-31G和B3LYP/LanL2DZ基组对3和3·Pb进行优化。
