To compare the amount of debris extruded apically by using conventional syringe, Endovac & Ultrasonic irrigation.
MATERIALS & METHODS: Thirty freshly extracted mandibular premolars were selected, working length was determined and mounted in a debris and collection apparatus. The canals were prepared. After each instrument change, 1 ml. of 3% sodium hypochlorite was used as irrigation. Debris extruded apically by using conventional syringe, endovac& ultrasonic irrigation tech, was measured using the electronic balance to determine its weight and statistical analysis was performed. The mean difference between the groups was determined using statistical analysis within the groups &between the groups for equal variances.
Among all the groups, significantly less debris were found apically in the Endovac group (0.96) compared to conventional and ultrasonic group (1.23) syringe.
The present study showed that endovac system extrudes less amount of debris apically as compared to ultrasonic followed by conventional so incidence of flare up can be reduce by using endovac irrigation system. 比较使用传统注射器、Endovac及超声冲洗法时根尖部挤出的碎屑量。
选取30颗新鲜拔除的下颌前磨牙,确定工作长度并安装于碎屑收集装置中。预备根管。每次更换器械后,使用1ml 3%次氯酸钠进行冲洗。使用电子天平测量使用传统注射器、Endovac及超声冲洗技术时根尖部挤出的碎屑重量,并进行统计分析。采用组内及组间等方差统计分析确定各组间的平均差异。
在所有组中,与传统注射器组(1.23)及超声冲洗组相比,Endovac组根尖部发现的碎屑明显较少(0.96)。
