Abstract

Using the test of active E rosettes stimulated with antigen the sensitization was studied of lymphocytes from the cerebrospinal fluid and blood to basic protein of myelin, galactocerebroside and cerebral gangliosides. The investigations were conducted in groups of patients with SSPE and with other non-inflammatory neurological diseases and in a control group without evidence of organic brain damage. It was shown that in SSPE sensitization of these lymphocytes from the CSF and from the blood to the studied antigens occurred with a frequency approaching that in the group of non-inflammatory neurological diseases and less frequently than this was formerly observed in multiple sclerosis.

利用抗原刺激的活性E花环试验,研究了脑脊液和血液中的淋巴细胞对髓磷脂碱性蛋白、半乳糖脑苷脂和脑神经节苷脂的致敏作用。对亚急性硬化性全脑炎(SSPE)患者组、患有其他非炎性神经疾病的患者组以及无器质性脑损伤证据的对照组进行了研究。结果表明,在SSPE中,脑脊液和血液中的这些淋巴细胞对所研究抗原的致敏频率接近非炎性神经疾病组,且低于先前在多发性硬化症中观察到的频率。
