Highly active angiogenic factor is isolated for the first time from the tumour extract of the metastatic Lewis carcinoma. Its molecular weight is 60-80 kDa by the data of high pressure chromatography and 70 kDa by the data of electrophoresis in PAAG under denaturing conditions.
首次从转移性Lewis癌的肿瘤提取物中分离出高活性血管生成因子。根据高压色谱数据，其分子量为60 - 80 kDa，在变性条件下聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳数据显示为70 kDa。
