[Characteristics of RNA and protein synthesis in the polymorphonuclear neutrophilic granulocytes of wounds].

RNA and protein synthesis was comparatively studied in blood and wound neutrophils by electron microscopic autoradiography. It has been shown that the penetration of neutrophils into the wound was associated with a significant rise in RNA and a decrease in protein synthesis.
