The complete mitochondrial genome of Northern Sheatfish (Silurus soldatovi) was determined to be a 16,527 bp long circular molecule. It contains the typical complement of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA, 2 rRNA genes and 1 control region. This is the first report on the complete mitogenome sequence of S. soldatovi.
