Complications occurred after the intraperitoneal instillation of 32% dextran 70. The most common one was vulvar edema (2%). Leg edema in conjunction with vulvar edema and right pleural effusion were also reported. These complications, however, were not serious and resolved spontaneously in several days.

腹腔内注入32%右旋糖酐70后出现了并发症。最常见的是外阴水肿（2%）。也有关于腿部水肿合并外阴水肿及右侧胸腔积液的报道。然而，这些并发症并不严重，数天内可自行缓解。
